Twitter的链接#伊朗大选证明了个人用户必须有必要亲自把未经过滤的第一手信息传达给全世界.同时这也证明,政府机构如何暗中潜入twitter网络并操纵信息和交流渠道以达到搅乱视听的效果. 同样的事情也发生在诸如#媒体自由的链接上!下面就是一些指导大家如何正确使用Twitter来支持改革的要点. 误解与错误操作 热门话题 所选择的以”#”符号标示的超链接是否在热门话题之列并不重要,一个超链接在Twitter上只不过是代表一个话题而已;它的功能仅仅是为了使大家更容易地找到特别的活动或主题.因为在Twitter上的主流话题并不基于链接有多少个链接符号.况且主流的链接符号同时也吸引了更多滥用者们在Twitter上兜售他们的商品.每个被连续写了15次的链接就相当于少了一个具有有效信息的链接,这对于要寻找信息的用户来说是一点用都没有的. 只把信息发给名人 我们理解大家借名人之手来转发信息的愿望.但是在很多情况下,让名人来读这些信息的希望是非常渺茫的.相反,把信息直接传达给新闻记者,编辑等媒体工作者倒可能起到事半功倍的效果.切记,要善待记者和编辑等用户,千万不要发太多垃圾信息而惹怒他们,因为你要他们为你转发这些信息! 建议与正确操作 在你留言发信息的时候要尽可能地详细具体,要加上时间和地点.把链接和图片备份保存下来.如果你担心安全问题,可以给可信任的用户发送私人信息;但是你必须跟进这些用户并且他们也要跟进你才能这样发信息. 发送twitter信息最好的方法是按以下模式: 链接符号,内容,链接(例如:#英特网自由XX的新的bloghttp://bit.ly) 转载,复制,粘贴原信息后在末尾加上“(RT @原信息)” 要尽可能等信息确认后才上传到twitter.你并不想因为上传虚假信息而招来不必要的麻烦. 如果你在twitter上看到可信任的信息后请转载 你们的部分跟进者不一定会去跟进同样的资源,而他们可以帮着把一条信息更广泛地传播出去. 总是使用适当的链接符号. 这样能帮助大家更容易找到你,而且可以使大家从你的链接上更容易地找到相同话题的其他链接. 最小化以达到最大化 简短而精干.你的信息越简短就越容易被复制转载.记住,你是想散发一个信息,而不是长篇大论一个政治演讲.这样,其他媒体诸如blog就又可以把你重新链接回Twitter. 提高警惕 在转载前务必检查所有内容.这样可以避免传播错误信息.核查链接和内容. 认清敌人 跟进那些你认为和政府有关的人,并且告诉其他人让他们也跟进.最重要的是,要友好,你并不想被控骚扰. 翻译 如果在Twitter上的信息和博客转贴内容不是英语的话,转载原语言并且链接到翻译版本,例如可以使用googletranslate. 同时也注明使用什么语言链接(英语)(西班牙语)(法语)(瑞典语)等.这样可以帮助大家用自己最方便的语言去理解Twitter,而不用花费太多时间来浏览Twitter上的大量内容.
